The hotel staff was very helpful, especially considering I didn't speak German. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy. Despite being located a bit far from the city center, there were still many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The location was ideal for me as it was close to the local train station and the Volksparkstadion, making it convenient to explore the city and attend events.
